1. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, ALL of the following conditions must be met:

• Refund requests must be submitted within sixty (60) days of the confirmed delivery date.

• Requests made after sixty (60) days from the confirmed delivery date are not eligible and will not be approved.

• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

• Items must be returned in unused, unopened condition in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• The 60-day money-back guarantee applies only to the first order per customer.

• Refund requests for repeat orders, subscription renewals, or additional purchases may not be eligible.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY IS STRICTLY LIMITED TO THE SIXTY (60) DAY PERIOD FOLLOWING THE CONFIRMED DELIVERY DATE. ANY REQUEST SUBMITTED OUTSIDE THIS TIMEFRAME MAY BE DENIED.


2. Non-Eligible Refund Requests

The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

• Refund requests submitted outside the 60-day guarantee period.

• Repeat orders placed after an initial refunded order.

• Subscription renewals or recurring charges processed after the original guarantee period.

• Orders flagged for suspected abuse, fraud, or excessive refund activity.

• Requests made outside the stated policy terms regardless of reason.

Carrier delivery confirmation constitutes proof of delivery and establishes the start of the 60-day window, even without a signature.


3. Subscriptions & Recurring Orders

3.1 Subscription Refund Eligibility

If your order includes a subscription, the 60-day money-back guarantee applies only to your first shipment. It is the customer’s responsibility to manage or cancel the subscription before renewal. Subscription renewals processed after the guarantee window are not eligible for refunds.

Failure to cancel prior to a renewal billing date does not constitute grounds for a refund. Customers are responsible for managing, modifying, or cancelling their subscription prior to renewal.

3.2 Subscription Terms & Minimum Commitment

YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW UNLESS CANCELLED. YOU WILL BE CHARGED THROUGH YOUR PAYMENT METHOD AT YOUR SELECTED DELIVERY CADENCE. BY SUBMITTING YOUR INITIAL ORDER YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THE AUTO-RENEWAL AND UNDERSTAND THIS SUBSCRIPTION POLICY.

Subscription pricing and discounts are offered in consideration of a minimum purchase commitment of two (2) shipments, including the initial order and at least one (1) renewal order. Customers who select a subscription option acknowledge and agree that cancelling prior to the first renewal shipment may result in the original discount, promotional pricing, or offer being revoked or adjusted.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Norse Primal to charge your selected payment method for future recurring shipments unless cancelled in accordance with this policy.

3.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid a recurring charge, you must cancel at least twenty-four (24) hours before your next scheduled billing date. To cancel, contact us at support@norseprimal.com or through your customer account portal. All cancellations are effective as of the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for renewal charges already processed at the time of cancellation.

3.4 Billing Information

You are responsible for providing current, complete, and accurate billing information. You agree to promptly update your account and payment information as necessary to keep your subscription active and accurate.


4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us at support@norseprimal.com within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery with your order number and supporting photos.

We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement shipment or refund at our discretion.


5. Order Cancellations

You may request cancellation of a one-time order within two (2) hours of purchase by contacting support@norseprimal.com.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If your order has already shipped, the standard 60-day money-back guarantee applies.

A $2.00 administrative processing fee may apply to order cancellations to cover processing costs.


6. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request within the eligible 60-day window:

  1. Email support@norseprimal.com with your order number and the reason for your request.

  2. Our support team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

  3. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Bank or card provider posting times may vary.

  4. A confirmation email will be sent once your refund has been processed.

Once your return is approved, ship the item using a reliable carrier with tracking to the address provided in your return authorization. Package the item securely in its original packaging.

Refund processing times depend on your bank or payment provider and may take several business days after approval.


7. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at support@norseprimal.com to initiate a carrier investigation.

Refund or replacement eligibility for lost packages is determined following completion of the carrier investigation and remains subject to the 60-day guarantee window.

We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.


8. Shipping Costs

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable in all circumstances, including approved refund requests.

Customers are responsible for any applicable return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.


9. Policy Abuse & Fair Use

To protect the integrity of our guarantee and prevent misuse:

• The 60-day money-back guarantee applies only to the first order per customer.

• Multiple refund requests, repeat orders, or suspicious activity may result in refund requests being denied.

• Norse Primal reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of this policy.


10. Policy Amendments

Norse Primal reserves the right to update or amend this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on our website.

Your continued use of our website or purchase of products constitutes acceptance of the then-current policy.
