Overview

Norse Primal currently ships products within the United States only. All orders are subject to the shipping terms outlined below.

We are actively working to expand our shipping coverage and may offer international shipping in the future.


United States Shipping

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Orders placed after normal business hours may be processed on the following business day.

Please note that processing times are separate from shipping transit times.

Standard Track & Trace Shipping

Delivery estimates begin from the date your order has shipped, not the date the order was placed.

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.


Free Shipping

✓ Free standard shipping is available on all US orders over $70 USD.

Orders below $70 USD may incur a shipping fee calculated at checkout.


Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the United States only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


Order Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

You may use your tracking number to monitor your shipment through our tracking page:

Please allow up to 48 hours after shipment confirmation for tracking information to update.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, or if your package arrives damaged, please contact us at support@norseprimal.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.

Norse Primal is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, incorrect shipping information provided at checkout, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and delivery information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

We do not charge hidden shipping fees after checkout.

Shipping fees are non-refundable except where required by law or in cases where an incorrect or defective product was received.
