Norse Primal currently ships within the United States only.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by you.

Unless otherwise required by law, title and risk of loss transfer to you when the order is delivered to the shipping carrier.

10. Delivery Confirmation

Carrier tracking and delivery confirmation shall be considered sufficient proof of delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout, even if no signature is obtained.

You agree that carrier delivery confirmation may be used as evidence of delivery for purposes of resolving disputes, including chargebacks, refund claims, or claims of non-delivery.

Unless otherwise stated in our Refund & Return Policy, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

12. Subscriptions; Automatic Renewal; Cancellation

12.1 Subscription Enrollment

The Website may offer subscription purchase options that provide automatic recurring shipments of products at the frequency selected during checkout.

By enrolling in a subscription, you agree that your subscription includes recurring payment obligations and authorize Norse Primal to charge your selected payment method automatically at the selected billing interval until cancelled.

12.2 Automatic Renewal Disclosure

YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW UNLESS CANCELLED.

YOU WILL BE CHARGED THROUGH YOUR PAYMENT METHOD AT YOUR SELECTED DELIVERY CADENCE UNTIL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION IS CANCELLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE TERMS.

Before completing a subscription purchase, you may be required to provide affirmative consent to the subscription terms, recurring charges, billing frequency, cancellation policy, and renewal terms.

12.3 Minimum Subscription Commitment

Subscription pricing and discounts are offered in consideration of a minimum purchase commitment of two (2) shipments, including the initial order and at least one (1) renewal order.

Customers who select a subscription option acknowledge and agree that cancelling prior to the first renewal shipment may result in the original discount, promotional pricing, or offer being revoked, adjusted, or otherwise handled in accordance with our policies.

12.4 How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

To avoid a recurring charge, cancellation must be completed at least twenty-four (24) hours before your next scheduled billing date.

Cancellation requests are effective as of the end of the current billing period. Charges already processed prior to cancellation are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in our Refund & Return Policy.

12.5 Failed Payments and Account Updater

If a recurring subscription payment fails, you authorize us to retry the charge, contact you for updated payment information, and suspend shipments until payment is received.

We or our payment processor may receive updated card information from your card issuer, such as updated card numbers or expiration dates. If your payment information is updated, you authorize us to charge the updated payment method unless you cancel your subscription or remove the payment method.

13. Electronic Communications

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Norse Primal, Zeraya LLC, and their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, suppliers, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:

• Your misuse of the Website or products;
• Your violation of any law or regulation;
• Your violation of third-party rights;
• Your submitted content, reviews, or testimonials.

20. Limitation on Time to File Claims

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANY CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS, THE WEBSITE, PRODUCTS, SUBSCRIPTIONS, OR SERVICES MUST BE FILED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CLAIM ACCRUES.

21. Dispute Resolution; Binding Arbitration

The arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its applicable Consumer Arbitration Rules before a single neutral arbitrator.

The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration agreement.

Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if permitted by law.

22. Class Action Waiver

YOU AND NORSE PRIMAL AGREE THAT ALL DISPUTES SHALL BE BROUGHT ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS.

YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION, OR CONSOLIDATED PROCEEDING.

THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE CLAIMS OR CONDUCT CLASS PROCEEDINGS.

23. Jury Trial Waiver

IF ANY DISPUTE PROCEEDS IN COURT RATHER THAN ARBITRATION, YOU AND NORSE PRIMAL WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Opting out of arbitration does not affect any other part of these Terms.

Norse Primal shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, public health emergencies, supply chain disruptions, labor disputes, governmental actions, war, terrorism, internet outages, payment processor outages, carrier delays, or other events beyond our control.

We are not responsible for third-party content, terms, privacy practices, accuracy, security, or availability.

Provisions relating to intellectual property, payments, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and any other provisions intended to survive shall survive termination.
